毛囊(hair follicle)的角化順序
1. Henle layer
2. cuticle (hair cuticle & IRS cuticle), IRS = inner root sheath
3. Huxley layer
4. hair cortex
5. medulla
ps. hair shaft 由 hair cuticle, hair cortex, medulla 三者共同組成
