如何判斷reepithelialized subepidermal blister與intraepidermal vesicle?

1.看roof+base的厚度相加是否比旁邊normal的epithelium厚度還大
2.看blister旁邊的angle
("The angle of the reepithelialized subepidermal blister at the periphery is much more acute than is seen in a truly intraepidermal vesicle.")
